Knife River began installing utilities and upgrading the roadway at Hitt Road and Lincoln Road yesterday for the Riviera Park project. Drivers must merge into a single lane after the roundabout as the northbound lane is closed north to Grand Peaks Medical area, with construction lasting until August.
Snake River Animal Shelter released a video showing seven cats and seven dogs available for adoption and will return with its featured Pet of the Week in a few weeks (located at 3000 Lindsay Boulevard and open 10:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Tuesday-Friday and until 5 p.m. on Saturday).
