About this event
Kick off National Novel Writing Month with NaNoWriMo 2.0 on November 3rd with the Idaho Falls Public Library!
From 6 to 7pm, enjoy a discussion on “Stuck? Learn How to Generate New Ideas!” There will also be treats and tips and tricks on how to generate new ideas when writer’s block hits.
Writers will also have access during select times to the Program Room in order to have uninterrupted writing time. You can also earn exclusive Idaho Falls Public Library swag throughout the month!
During the month of November, the Idaho Falls Public Library would also like to offer the use of a Writing Room!
The “Writing Room” is located in the 2nd Floor Programs Room. During the indicated times the Programs Room is open, this room is reserved specifically for writers for the purpose of writing during the month of NaNoWriMo 2.0. Other programs may be scheduled following the Writing Room timeslots, so please be courteous for the next group by vacating in a timely manner. Also, in the event of an unexpected program, the Library does reserve the right to cancel Writing Room time for in-house programing.
You can download the Calendar and a Word Count Tracker here.
