- ➤ Idaho Falls city will host a public open house tomorrow, Feb. 11, in City Council Chambers to gather input on improvements at Birch Street and South Boulevard, which include a roundabout, intersection realignment, parking removal and upgraded crossings; construction will begin after July and finish in late fall.
