- ➤ College of Eastern Idaho launched an Alumni Network Tuesday for graduates to reconnect with their community, offering free membership, mailed alumni stickers, recurring semesterly newsletters and special event invites — nearly 100 members joined in the first days. KXPI
- ➤ State lawmakers approved budget bills that will impose an extra cut for Idaho State University with an $8.3 million reduction planned by July 1; K-12 schools will largely remain unaffected. Lawmakers are reviewing the numbers, and further enhancement bills may adjust funding for higher education. KXPI

- ➤ Heartstone Youth Grief Group at Hospice and Palliative Care of Eastern Idaho (1810 Moran Street) offers support to children coping with the loss of a parent.
