- ➤ Jeffrey Bryant of the Idaho Falls Family Search Center is indexing 160 boxes+about 40,000 photo files from the 1920s to offer locals a clearer view of their past. He has already posted some images on the Life in Idaho Falls Facebook page as the project continues. East Idaho News
EDUCATION NEWS
- ➤ Idaho Falls School District 91 is reviewing options for the Career Technical Education Center as its lease on 450 East Street expires in December. Administrators offered moves such as shifting to Compass Academy’s campus or building a new facility, and the board will seek community input before March 11 vote. East Idaho News
HEALTH NEWS
- ➤ Doctors at Mountain View Hospital and Idaho Falls Community Hospital explained that cholesterol numbers help show a person’s risk for heart attack. They said that LDL is the key measure to watch and high triglyceride levels (above 200) signal increased risk while HDL offers protection. East Idaho News
