- ➤ A man from Irwin in a 2009 BMW died at the scene of a crash yesterday around 8:00 p.m. on US 26 at milepost 401 east of Palisades—he was not wearing a seatbelt and Idaho State Police are investigating the incident. KPVI

- ➤ A 23-year-old man named Tobin David Moon fled from troopers and crashed his pickup truck into a parked car and a home porch on April 5 at 10:55 p.m.—he faced charges for felony eluding a police officer and six misdemeanors and is scheduled for a court appearance on April 18 at 1 p.m. East Idaho News
