- ➤ On Tuesday, Apr. 30, the Shilo Inn building at 780 Lindsay Boulevard closed as a court converted its Chapter 11 case to Chapter 7—forcing owner David Rail to halt operations at his Mediterranean restaurant Trofi and lay off staff while he works with the court to secure event space. - ➤ Idaho Falls Youth Arts Centre stages its spring musical 'The Scarlet Pimpernel' with final showings today and tomorrow at 7 p.m. at 3910 S. Yellowstone Highway (tickets are $20) to support youth arts programs. East Idaho News

- ➤ The USDA has restored funding to the University of Idaho's IAMP program, granting $59M to support regenerative farming practices among over 200 local farmers across 34 counties. The program will distribute $3.5M in direct payments + $450,000 for marketing projects as it resumes enrollment soon. KIVI-TV

- ➤ Idaho colleges — Boise State, U of I, ISU and Lewis-Clark — approved tuition hikes during an Idaho State Board of Education meeting after state funding cuts.
