- ➤ The Idaho Falls Police Department is making progress with a citywide cleanup effort that uses drop-off spots each weekend in May. Volunteers pulled weeds and removed graffiti at the Science Center, Canyon Avenue, and Aquatic Center Parking Lot — residents who want to help are set to meet from Thursday to Saturday at the Tyra Drive location. - ➤ Idaho Falls residents expressed satisfaction with the local economy and city services in early 2025 survey results—76% rated services as good or excellent—and many reported feeling safe in their neighborhoods. - ➤ The College of Eastern Idaho will host its 16th Great Race for Education on July 18 at 10 a.m. at the Waterfront at Snake River Landing where 20 teams of four will compete in a scavenger hunt featuring five timed challenges based on Mt.
