ACCIDENTS NEWS
- ➤ Idaho Falls firefighters contained a grass fire near Iona Hill on Monday, May 25 (near Iona Road and Foothill Road) that burned nearly four acres after a controlled burn spread unexpectedly, with help from the Bureau of Land Management and Bonneville County Fire District 1 and no structures damaged. - ➤ Idaho Falls firefighters and cooperating units contained a vegetation fire that spread from a controlled burn on May 25 at 1:52 p.m. near Iona Road and Foothill Road (east of Iona Hill) before forecasted high winds increased risk as the fire burned nearly four acres with no injuries or damage.
