- ➤ Idaho State Police are investigating a serious crash on Interstate 15 south of Idaho Falls that occurred Monday, June 23 at 6:40 p.m. when a 26-year-old Menan man driving a Volkswagen Tiguan struck a 58-year-old Washington man walking in the travel lane — crews blocked the interstate for about an hour during the investigation. - ➤ On Monday night at 6:41 p.m., a 58-year-old Washington man from Ocean Park was hit by a car on I-15 near Idaho Falls at milepost 115 and was hospitalized with serious injuries while the 26-year-old driver from Menan in a 2022 Volkswagen Tiguan remained unharmed (emergency responders blocked the road for about one hour) (Idaho State Police are investigating the crash). - ➤ Detectives with the Jefferson County Sheriff's office said a gray Hyundai with Utah license plate 4BYT6 was not in Idaho on Sunday, June 22, when Rachael, 15, and Allen, 13, went missing between 6 and 8 p.m. in the Monteview area—an Amber Alert has been issued. KXPI
- ➤ Yesterday on West River Road near the boat ramp, Bonneville County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a shooting that injured one person taken to a hospital and closed North River Road between 81st north and 113th north — authorities say there is no known threat to the community. KPVI
