ACCIDENTS NEWS
- ➤ Idaho State Police said a 31-year-old male from Idaho Falls lost control of his 2006 Dodge Durango hauling a 1995 Kit Manufacturing trailer on eastbound U.S. 20 at mile post 314 south of Ucon at about 4:30 p.m. Friday—causing the trailer to flip, be destroyed, and scatter debris on the road while occupants were taken by ambulance and westbound lanes were blocked for two hours. - ➤ The Idaho Falls Police Department is searching for a 12-year-old boy with autism, EJ Emerson Murray, who was last seen riding his orange and black bike near the 3000 block of Hartert Drive at 6:50 p.m. Saturday, July 12, and anyone with information is asked to call (208) 5291200. East Idaho News
- ➤ The Idaho Falls Police Department announced on July 7 that it created a special victims unit to address rising sex crimes in the city — the unit was formed on June 29 by assigning two senior detectives — and will work with local advocacy groups to speed up investigations. East Idaho News
