  • A local non-profit called DWI is preparing for the 34th annual Great Snake River Greenbelt Duck Race scheduled for Saturday, August 9th in Idaho Falls—DWI staff and clients are cleaning and re-sticking 30,000 rubber ducks to benefit Snake River Greenbelt projects sponsored by the Idaho Falls Rotary Club.  KPVI

  • Bryan Kohberger will face sentencing at 9 a.m. MDT today and has a chance to speak before he receives a life sentence without parole for killing four University of Idaho students—though he is expected to remain silent as families seek answers.  KXPI
  • Jarrod Thomas Sisneros, aged 30, was arrested Tuesday near Big Timber in Montana on two felony warrants and questions about an alleged Idaho Falls homicide+ he is now held at Gallatin County Detention Center and will be extradited to Idaho.  East Idaho News
