Fourth-generation farmer Dustin Haderlie now manages more than 1,000 acres as the family continues its long tradition on the fertile land — a tribute to enduring agricultural heritage. - ➤ Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center held a beam signing event Thursday morning to mark the start of constructing a new free-standing emergency room building—10,820 square feet in size—near Costco at Lincoln Road and 25th East. The $15 million project will finish in early 2026 and will offer 10 exam rooms, lab and imaging services, plus round-the-clock emergency care with patients needing hospital admission or surgery transferred to the main campus.
