- ➤ The City of Idaho Falls has begun searching for a new city attorney after Michael Kirkham was named a magistrate judge in Bonneville County. Kirkham served the city since he became city attorney in December 2023 from a start as an assistant in 2014 — officials plan to name his successor by early October as his transition is finalized.
