- ➤ A 16-year partnership between the University of Idaho 4-H program and the Bureau of Land Management will bring wild horses for adoption at the Eastern Idaho State Fair in Blackfoot at 11:30 a.m. Aug. 30 — young 4-H members will also host a trail challenge at 11 a.m. and a freestyle demonstration at 5 p.m. Aug. 29, with adopters required to be at least 18 years old. - ➤ Michael Lee, 39, of Idaho Falls, was killed in a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of U.S. Highway 91 and Moccasin Drive near Fort Hall Saturday around 10:30 a.m., and family and friends remember him as a warm, funny man who easily made friends. East Idaho News
