- ➤ Chipotle Mexican Grill will open a second restaurant in Idaho Falls later next year at 2310 East 17th Street near the Grand Teton Mall—its permit application was pulled on Aug. 26, confirmed by the community development services director. - ➤ After months of negotiations and two federal mediators, Idaho Falls School District 91 teachers ratified a new collective bargaining agreement on Wednesday that offers leadership stipends and Christmas bonuses—although some proposals were left out; teacher Jake Snarr said the issues arose from limited state funding for public schools and he urged community support through local legislators.
