- ➤ Idaho Falls High School investigated an incident where the football team returned early during Friday night's game, interrupting the halftime show and possibly damaging equipment—Head Football Coach Joseph Parker apologized and said his team will replace any damaged items while new protocols are planned to prevent future issues. - ➤ Fall arrived today at 12:19 pm as sunny, breezy and cool conditions prevailed with patchy fog in some valleys while tonight’s lows drop into the 30s and 40s. High pressure will bring bright skies and warmer afternoons later this week — wildfire smoke from eastern Oregon may cause light haze but impacts remain minimal. KIVI-TV

- ➤ A federal act reinstated compensation for nuclear test victims in states including Nevada, Idaho, Arizona, and New Mexico.
