- ➤ Orangetheory Fitness in Ammon is back open under new ownership by Kim and Bret Hatch and partners Randie and Drew Case, and will enroll new members during a Saturday pre-sale celebration from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.—the owners updated equipment and plan to complete a full reopening by the end of November. - ➤ Local mechanic Nathan Hansen launched Renegade Solutions Company in 2023 to sell repair kits that help Nissan Rogue owners fix heating and AC block issues. He began selling the kits in September and has shipped them to Canada and nearly every state — he hopes to partner with a dealership to expand his business. East Idaho News

- ➤ A surge in drivers ignoring school bus stop signs in Bonneville County has alarmed bus driver Jenny Sharp and deputies, who recorded as many violations in nine weeks as they did in all of last school year. Sharp and law enforcement urge drivers to slow down and stop for buses to protect children on the road. KXPI
GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ Idaho Transportation Department and Idaho State Police are hosting free winter driving safety classes to help drivers prepare for snowy roads. The sessions include one in Idaho Falls on November 5 at Rocky Mountain Middle School—registration is required online. KIVI-TV
- ➤ Crews began work in Idaho Falls to improve the right northbound lane of 25th East near the Costco roundabout at Lincoln Road. The construction will last through November, and drivers must follow a reduced 20-mile-per-hour speed limit and posted signs — stay alert and drive safely —. KPVI
