  • Stephen Marx (64) and James Morey (55) drowned after falling overboard on November 1 while fishing at Henrys Lake, and their bodies were recovered Monday from about 13 feet of water—Morey's funeral was held Monday in Carey.  East Idaho News

HEALTH NEWS

  • Today, southeast Idaho honors veterans who served the country while they face challenges like PTSD, which the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs estimates affects about 7% of veterans—female veterans are particularly at risk. The report also shows that four out of 10 adults with PTSD struggle with drug or alcohol use and local veterans in need are urged to contact the East Idaho Veterans Center.  KXPI
