- ➤ Idaho Falls Salvation Army will host its annual Thanksgiving dinner from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Elks Lodge at 640 E. Elva Street to feed over 1,000 people. The nearly 40-year tradition relies on about 70 volunteers — including first-year hosts Jon-Marc and Brianna Lamb — to prepare slow-cooked turkeys, ham, homemade sides, and to drive meals to those who need transportation.
