- ➤ On Sunday morning, the Idaho Falls Fire Department responded to reports of a vegetation fire at the Hatch Pit landfill near East 33rd North and Recycle Road, where flames reached nearly 20 feet high in a pallet and wood pile; crews worked to contain the blaze to one acre. East Idaho News
